DVLA Medicals
If you need to submit medical certification to the DVLA regarding your fitness to drive, we offer a comprehensive range of assessments and tests.
This might be necessary if you have a notifiable medical condition or disability that could impact your driving safety. Similarly, if you are over 70 and need to prove your fitness to drive for licence renewal, or if you are upgrading your licence to drive a minibus or motorhome, we can assist.
For a DVLA Medical appointment, please bring the following: the D4 Medical Form, a photographic ID (such as your passport or driving licence), any medications, letters from doctors or hospitals, and results from relevant medical investigations. Also, bring your glasses or contact lenses if you use them. Please note that additional fees may be incurred if we need to consult with your NHS GP or a specialist.
