DVLA Medicals

If your employee needs to provide the DVLA with medical certification regarding their fitness to drive, we offer various medical assessments and tests.

This might be necessary if they require a medical related to their specific driving role, such as for an HGV or other specialist vehicle, or if they have a notifiable medical condition or disability that could impact their driving safety.

When attending their appointment, employees should bring the following:

- The D4 Medical Form
- Photographic ID (such as a passport or driving license)
- Any medications, doctor or hospital letters, and results of relevant investigations related to conditions that may affect their licensing
- Glasses or contact lenses, if used
